A Six-Week Guided Journey

For 30mins a day, 5 days a week, we guide you through a progressive exploration into the following topics:

  • Foundations of meditative concentration

  • Clarifying our desires and goals

  • Identifying and managing obstacles to our pursuit

  • Understanding the role of habits in thought, speech, and action

  • Cultivating motivation, patience, and perseverance

We all have goals.

But we don't all have the tools to pursue them effectively.

This 6-week series helps people who want to align their inner and outer lives in support of accomplishing their personal and professional goals.

Power of Mind

Contemplative practice can help us clarify our deepest purpose, cultivate ways of being and doing that align with our ideals, and strengthen us to stay focused as we move toward our considered goals.

"Life changing!"

by Michael Carychao, Viridian Reveries, Founder

"Jacob's courses are not to be missed! I have attended several and each has enriched my life. The consistent rhythm and daily guidance make learning and practicing far easier than doing it on my own. And the content is far more nuanced than any of the big apps. Again, can't recommend highly enough.

A Gift.

Lynn Casey, Shine Scout, Founder

Jacob has developed a unique and wonderful teaching practice that gently and passionately leads participants down a path of spiritual history, deep self-exploration, and gentle community - all of which somehow transpire to change the very quality of our lives. In the months I have had the great pleasure and opportunity to practice with Jacob, I have discovered a hunger for learning and been given an access to peace and expansion that I never dreamt was possible. Transformation Starts and Ends with You

There are no shortcuts here. No "Five Easy Steps." No secret tips.

  • No Shortcuts

Pursuing our transformative goals can be challenging. And while there are no shortcuts, there are maps, tools, and approaches that support our efforts. When practiced, we become the person who can reach the desired goal.

  • No Easy Steps

There are only two steps. Start the pursuit. And then don't stop. Neither of which is easy. Big goals take consideration to start and deep perseverance to finish. But those are the goals that transform our lives and the lives of others.

  • No Secrets

We all want a secret tip that will make getting what we want easier. There is no "magic bullet" that will deliver us to our own private utopia. If there is any secret, it is you and your innate capacity to dream, pursue, and persist.
